Fill out our short onboarding form with your business details, logo, menu, and contact info. It takes about 10 minutes, and you can save your progress and come back anytime.
What you need: business name, a logo, your menu (link or photos), and a contact email.
Our team reviews your application within 1–2 business days. We verify your details, set your commission rates, and prepare your merchant account.
You'll get a welcome email once you're approved, with your next steps.
Review and e-sign your merchant agreement right in the portal. It spells out your commission rates, payout schedule, and terms — no printing required.
Your signed agreement is stored in your dashboard for reference anytime.
You're live. Customers can find and order from your business on Island Run. Track your payouts, update your menu, and watch your sales grow.
Payouts land in your bank account on your chosen schedule — twice weekly or weekly.
